Data Processing Addendum

This summary describes how Prinvia, Inc. processes personal data on behalf of customers who use Prinvia. A full Data Processing Addendum is available to customers on request as part of a signed agreement.

Roles

For guest and customer data processed through the platform, you are the data controller and Prinvia acts as your data processor, handling data only on your documented instructions.

What we commit to

• Process personal data only to provide the service.
• Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• Use vetted subprocessors under equivalent obligations.
• Assist with data-subject requests and deletion.
• Notify you without undue delay in the event of a data breach.
